Moore’s Dry Gin hails from a secret oasis in the middle of the Cetntral Coast of NSW. Driving past, you’d never know the Distillery Botanica is only a short two minute drive off Terrigal Drive.

In a calm garden oasis at Erina and only an hours drive north of Sydney, is where you will find some of the best gin we’ve ever tried made by our good friend (and Coastie local) Philip Moore.

Phil started Distillery Botanica in 2006 to utilisie the amazing botanicals of the iconic Fragrant Gardens he took over. After a career growing herbs Phil’s botanical knowledge is second to none and he used that knowledge to create some of Australia’s first  and best craft gin. In fact, it was the first Australian made Gin to win gold in London.

In terms of tasting notes, you’ll experience rich viscous sweet juniper, followed by Grapefruit, pink peppercorn and coriander and to finish, a dash of wild lime. All in all, a richly textured, rounded, mouth filling gin in eight part harmony.

Matched perfectly with Fever Tree tonic and garnished with a lime, Moore’s Dry gin is made for drinking at any time and any occassion.
