Americans love doing things BIG, and that is definitely reflected in this wine. Expect a decent amount of creamy vanilla, toasty almond, and some beautiful tropical fruit notes. Both American and French oak were used, and partial malolactic fermentation, just for a little extra creaminess.

Having grown up in amongst his fathers vineyard learning how to farm sustainably, Jordi Miró now makes wines along side his daughters, that combine both traditional and modern winemaking methods. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, minimally fined and filtered, and of course no chemicals or irrigation used on site.

This wine was in fact crafted by one of Jordi’s daughters, Andrea. Using the knowledge gained from her father, she created this incredible skin contact White Grenache. This beauty is bursting with big zesty citrus and juicy apple notes, and a long finish with spiciness and just enough tannin to keep you coming back for more.

We have a bottle of this open in both stores, so come in and sip on some!

If you’ve visited either of our stores, you’ll have seen that we always have space for these incredible gins from @distillerybotanica and it isn’t just because they’re local. Head distiller and astute herbalist Phillip Moore is as particular about his distilling as he is the quality of ingredients he uses, which is why he grows a lot of the ingredients on site himself. The quality of everything that comes out of this distillery is a true reflection of the effort put into every bottle.
