Today is Malbec world day!
What a great excuse to celebrate one of our favourite varietals 🍇

Argentinian Malbec was actually the first ever wine we imported to Australia way back in 2009 and it's still one of our favourites to this day.

To celebrate, we will have a bunch of bottles open in the shop all weekend to try, and a couple of specials on the website. Salud!

After much discussion, the team has decided, along with @weareneighbourgood @pnvmerchants & @theedwardsbar to give away TWO FREE TICKETS to the inaugural Naturellement event held in Newcastle this weekend!!!

Naturellement will be featuring a hand selected offering of natural wine, artisan spirits and craft beers matched with a menu curated by Newcastle’s best chefs, all hosted by the amazing venue that is The Edwards.

These two tickets are available for the 11am-2pm session on Sunday 18th April and all you need to do is tag the friend you’d most like to take along!

Drop by Long Jetty tomorrow afternoon, 5pm-7pm, and catch up with our local mates @distillerybotanica & @sixstringbrewingco whilst stocking up on all your long weekend, boutique wine needs.

The gang will all be in store to offer a taste, chat or offer advice on some of the amazing products that the coast has to offer and the Upstairs team will be there, taking you through some of the beautiful wines we have on our shelves.
