We ship all across Australia using Fastway Couriers and Australia Post. Deliveries throughout the Central Coast are performed with our own personal driver. We aim to despatch your order from our warehouse within two days. Delivery times for the East Coast are 1-2 days and 2-5 days for the rest of Australia.
Shipping is free for orders over $100. For any orders under $100, shipping is based on standard freight costs.
We’re not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery where the recipient has provided incorrect or out of date details. However, if you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll endeavour to fix the problem as soon as possible.
You are able to claim a refund for any loss incurred during transit, and for any other reasonable loss or damage. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that you find has been wrongly described and/or of unacceptable quality.
We ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement or refund. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. Please contact [email protected] regarding all returns.
Once the wine is received by our warehouse we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the issue was due to shipping, you will receive a full refund inclusive of all shipping costs.
