100% Malbec from both estates, all Certified Organic. Luján de Cuyo fruit gives structure and firm acidity, with rich ripe fruits and spice, while the higher altitude Valle de Uco provides lifted aromatics and vibrancy with more florals and minerality.
Fermented and rested in stainless to retain purity, with short maceration and resting periods.
