Mainenter ‘Ho Dei Principi Che Non Tollero’ – Amber Wine

The Mainente family first bought land in Soave in the 1930’s for both wine production, as well as a variety of other agricultural products. Since the 1950’s the family has been laser focused on making exceptional quality white wines from their 12 hectares of vineyard, split into a few small sites within the greater Soave region.

This gorgeous orange wine is produced with Gargenega grapes, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The skins remained in maceration with the wine until March 2022 (6 months). Bottled in November 2022 after 8 months of aging in concrete tanks. Subsequently aged for two and a half years in the bottle, it was labelled in June 2025. No sulfites were added during production.
