Fattoria di Petrognano – ‘Mostofiore’ Trebbiano

Our esteem in Tuscan Trebbiano, the company’s only white grape, is also showcased by the younger version, to which a new vineyard has been dedicated. In this case, the grapes are pressed and the must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Afterwards, the wine undergoes ‘elevage’ in stainless steel for a second time, until bottling. In the glass, it presents a fresh, elegant personality.
