Hand picked from their neighbours vineyard in Wrattonbully, this Barbera is bursting with crushed blueberry, violet and herbal fragrance, with the palate being juicy with delicious savoury notes. As to be expected from a Land of Tomorrow wine, wild fermentation, basket pressed, minimal intervention, vegan, and made with a “sympathetic use of oak”.
