Winemaker Notes:

COLOUR Brilliant deep garnet red with a lighter ruby hue.

NOSE Pretty aromas of violets and baking spices.

PALATE Full palate with ripe Morello cherries, nutmeg oak and integrated dusty tannins.

WINEMAKING Fruit was harvested when flavour, tannin and acid were all in balance. Fruit was fermented to retain fruit freshness and juicy flavours, natural tannins supported by French oak influence and a fresh acidity which come together to produce a Cabernet Merlot for short term cellaring or immediate drinkability.
