Style:
Grigio that is actually exciting! A classic example, with additional yet subtle complexity on the nose and palate. A classic example, pear, lemon oil, jasmine, with additional yet subtle leesy complexity on the nose and palate.

Vineyard and Winery:
Grown by Marco Martinelli at a close planted site in Cheshunt, up off the valley floor (350m asl) that gets a cooling breeze descending from the mountains 350+ nights a year. Two parcels were each split into two, giving 4 combinations of early and late, tank and old oak. I also added a splash (4%) of Riesling for line and length.
