Tomero Cabernet Franc 2018

Very well outlined notes of red bell pepper, paprika and allspice, all of them exquisitely laced with the aroma of red berries, with graphite notes surfacing towards the end. Sweet on the attack, with structured tannins. A medium-bodied wine with a long finish. Traditional winemaking methods were used, including a 2-day cold pre-fermentative maceration, and manual punching down and pumping over.
