Spencer Chardonnay 2021 – From Sunday Winemakers

A new Chardonnay from the team at From Sunday Winemakers!

Fruit grown in the South East of South Australia in Wrattonbully. Fruit is hand picked and whole bunch pressed to 3-5 year old American oak puncheons, where it spends a full 17 months with regular stirring. The result is subtle but well integrated oak characteristics, sitting atop a stone fruit/melon fruit profile. Great ageabiltiy and acid balance in this one, but drinking great now as well!
