Palloncino Prosecco

Palloncino Prosecco is aptly named after the ‘bang or pop’ of a balloon. This bubbly number is festive and fun and perfect on it’s own or for spritzes. Just pop its crown seal and set to ‘thirst-quench’ mode.

Palloncino Prosecco is made from a selected clone or Glera from Northern Italy planted in the Murray Darling, the fruit produces a wine of crisp and delicious liquid refreshment. The region shares similar practices and properties to that of Northern Italy. Vine training, high density and allowing the vine to flourish with uniformed and abundant sunlight intersection improves optimal photosynthesis allowing Mediterranean varietals to truly thrive. Set in the deep sandy loam soils, the vines are irrigated from the pure waters of the Murray River which results in a clean expression of the Glera varietal. This fun bottle was harvested early at 9 baume to retain acidity, wild fermented in tank, racked and carbonated.
