Winemaker notes:

Vibrant fresh berry fruits with pretty floral notes. Tea tree, pepper and long velvety tannins.

The grapes were handpicked from multiple blocks across our vineyard, selected for ripeness and flavour across the range of vine ages and range of clones. Destemmed and naturally fermented with indigenous yeast, then matured in French Oak for 8 months.

Unfined and Unfiltered.
