Bobal is the grape of Valencia and our showpiece. This multiple award-winning red and 100% organic wine comes from 80-year-old vines. These vines produce less, but the grapes are all the better. And you can taste that! The Single Vineyard Bobal tastes like dark red fruit and partly due to the wood aging you always taste something different. It is fantastic with heavier dishes.
