Winemaker Notes:

Mandarins, Aperol, pink grapefruit and lychee. Salty and savoury on the palate, with some amaro bitterness, tonic water and a soft, mouth watering acidity.

Grown by Con in Yarra Glen. Hand harvested at 12 Baume on the 22nd of February. De-stemmed and left on skins for 4 days. Wild yeast fermentation. 4 month maturation in old 300L French Oak Hogheads.
