Monochrome Moscato

A refreshing and balanced take on Moscato with delicate bubbles. Lovely lifted aromatics of juicy stone fruits, think fresh Peaches and Apricots combined with delicate hints of honey and lemon zest. On the palate it is sweet and fruit forward but balanced with fresh acidity. Ripe peaches, honeydew melons and juicy pears. It has a light and refreshing body with soft and creamy bubbles adds a delightful effervescence to the wine.

Fruit is grown in the Murray Darling region which is home to a majority of Moscato Giallo and Muscat Gordo plantings. Fruit is machine picked (with a selective machine which de stems the fruit and results in whole berries) and pressed to complete tank fermentation. The ferment is ceased at around 5 baume by chilling the tank, wine is filtered to remove additional yeast and bottled within 3-4 months of harvest.
