Winemaker notes:

Rosa is our neighbour, I occasionally do her garden – she’s got to be 90, but young at heart, like cabernet sauvignon she’s a classic, but fresh as a young rosé.

End of season hand picked organic cabernet sauvignon, skins + direct press. Native yeast ferment, unfined, minimal filtering and sulphur.
