La Bollina Gavi DOCG 2020

Gavi DOCG is considered the greatest white wine in Piedmont, Italy. White spring flowers and citrus fruit aromas lead the way while the bright palate offers juicy nectarine and a hint of papaya. Cortese grapes are cold macerated on skins before pressing, rested on lees in stainless to preserve freshness. Pleasant rounded texture and great length.

For centruies, the La Bollina vineyard has been the residence of the Marchioness Figari of Genova too.
