Jordi Miro Garnacha Blanca (White Grenache)

New vintage in from Jordi Miro!

This white grenache is all about mouth texture. Left on skins for about a day, the wine is rich and spicy but with beautiful citrus aromatics. Jordi Miro grew up with wine, working the vineyards alongside his father Miguel Miro. This wine comes from a small vineyard Jordi planted in the Terres de l’Ebre Biosphere Reserve in the region of Catalonia, a province of Tarragona. Dry-grown, organically-farmed, handpicked, spontaneous fermentation, no additions, minimal sulfites. Tick tick tick.
