Winemakers Notes:

Grown at the il Cattivo estate in Port Elliot, a whole lot of winemaking wankery was thrown at this wine…oxidatively handled cloudy juice, some tank fermented, some barrel fermented, some wild yeasts and partial malolactic fermentation. weekly battonage (lees stirring).

Racy grapefruit pith and nougat. Complex lime & pine nuts on the palate and finely textural finishing with mineral acidity. She’s delicious!
