Géologie Riesling 2023

The From Sunday crew still don’t understand how the Clare makes such great Riesling as it’s really hot, dry and the water sources for irrigation are the lowest allocations they’ve ever seen in Australia, and yet – the region does it every year. Géologie comes out of a dry-grown vineyard just outside of the Clare township. This site is shoot and bunch thinned to reduce disease and allow early ripening with the overall aim being clarity and freshness. Tastes and has aromas of juicy citrus and white flowers.
