This Cabernet Sauvignon displays beautifully rich and ripe flavours of blackcurrants, plums, spice and well-integrated oak. Dry-grown in a pretty special area just outside of the Clare Valley township in clay over various rock, granite and slate, it’s a great example of how good an Aussie Cabernet Sauvignon can be.
