Style:
Crisp, fresh, lightly oaked. Fruit, acidity and winemaking are very much three points of an equilateral triangle. Dare I say it – a Chardonnay for the C____ lover. (chablis) This is crisp and zesty, and has some creaminess to go along with yellow peach, blanched almonds and white grapefruit on the finish.

Vineyard and Winery:
From the most picturesque site at the base of Mount Buffalo, grown by Stef Antonello. A blend of a B95 for body and fine acidity, and I10V5 for its vibrancy of fruit. 10% new oak.
