A vibrant Pinot Noir made using sustainable farming by the excellent Stuart Proud.
Stuart Proud is one of Australia’s leading lights in sustainable viticulture. He is passionate about soil and plant health and knows first hand that is better achieved without the use of chemicals and synthetics.
The fruits for this wine were sourced from 18 years old vines from three different parcels in Gruyere. Fermented in stainless steel with wild yeasts then aged in older French barriques for 6 months.
This is quite an elegant wine on the nose with aromas of red fruits and red florals with some earthiness.
