Here’s to new friends! It’s not that the old ones aren’t fun, we just like to mix it up.
In early March we hand-picked our young Pinot Noir block as well as a litle Kuitpo Guwertztraminer. They were co- carbonic macerated (think Beaujolais Nouveau) to become forever friends. Raspberry jube, lychee and rose petals on a bed of herbs. The perfect all day-aperitif ensued, especially with a chill.
