Los Nadies literally means the Nobodies and is named after the fact that it is from Uruguay, a place most people don’t even realise make wine. It was made in collaboration with our good friend Manuel who is a bit of a winemaking legend with stints at some of the best wineries in Argentina and Bordeaux before returning to his grandparents farm to make these incredible if unknown wines.
The perfect blend of Uruguay’s signature rich and luscious Tannat with Merlot and Malbec. The latter provides added freshness and vibrancy. This comes from a small-batch winery focused on quality over quantity, and is only made in exceptional growing years from old vines that have been overseen by the family for three generations.
The Vineyards are located in the Valle del Rio Santa Lucia, Canelones, Urguguay. Hand harvested, macerated on skins for 30 days, natural malolactic fermentation. Only 2000 bottles made. Unfiltered, may contain sediment.
