L’Obaga is the Catalan word for ‘shady slope’ and refers to, big surprise, where these grapes are grown. The cooler, shadier part of the mountain enables the grapes to retain freshness and produces a dry, savoury style of rosé. The wine is bone dry, has a long finish and is made using traditional methods with no preservatives.
