Tasting notes: Delicious and vibrant medium bodied Cabernet Franc. Filled with red fruits, lovely texture and nice chalky finish reflecting its Saumur’s origin. Over performing wine!

About the wine: Maceration 3 weeks. Ageing in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. No fining, light filtration.
