Land of Tomorrow Cabernet Shiraz 2021

On South Australia’s Limestone Coast, the vineyard is a cool and undulating place.

The wine is primarily cabernet sauvignon, with a little bit of Shiraz. It has been fermented with with a portion of whole bunches and basket pressed.
