Jordi Miro Garnacha Negra/Syrah 2017

This is a beautifully light red blend of Grenache and Syrah from the Terra Alta region of Spain. Jordi Miro is a third-gen winemaker who learnt the trade as a young kid on his parents farm. Today, Jordi experiments to create innovative new wines and styles in his hand-built winery. He combines Terra Alta’s traditional skin-contact maceration process with modern touches like spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts, no additives and minimal fining and filtration. The result is this fresh and silky red that loves a bit of time in the chiller before drinking.
