Even though the name comes from the breed of a local pig in Afrikaans, this Syrah is as elegant as “a gorgeous woman walking down Loop Street in high heels”. SO says the winemaker. Kolbroek consists of two parcels on shale and gravel soils which complement each other well when blended.
