A super energetic and complex skin contact blend of Malvasia, Marsanne, Ortrugo, and Moscato Bianco, produced by Casè in Emilia Romagna, Italy. These grapes spent around a month on skins, with a mix of tank and barrel. Expect a little citrus, a little minerality, and even some soft florals, for what can be described as a fresh, aromatic, delicate and textural white. Wild fermented, unfined and unfiltered.

If you’ve visited either of our stores, you’ll have seen that we always have space for these incredible gins from @distillerybotanica and it isn’t just because they’re local. Head distiller and astute herbalist Phillip Moore is as particular about his distilling as he is the quality of ingredients he uses, which is why he grows a lot of the ingredients on site himself. The quality of everything that comes out of this distillery is a true reflection of the effort put into every bottle. NEW WINE! We are very excited to welcome @landofto

NEW WINE! We are very excited to welcome @landoftomorrowwine new Single Vineyard Barbera in store today! Hand picked from their neighbours vineyard in Wrattonbully, this Barbera is bursting with crushed blueberry, violet and herbal fragrance, with the palate being juicy with delicious savoury notes. As always with LOT reds, wild fermentation, basket pressed, minimal intervention, and made with a “sympathetic use of oak”.
