David was making skin contact Sauvignon Blanc before it was cool. Over the years he has refined the style to about half a year on skins. The result is a wine that is full of texture in the mouth with ginger, elderflower, lemongrass, and white grapefruit aromatics that gently give way to more traditionally Savvy aromas. Great with Asian and spicy food, although seafood is its favourite partner in crime.
