This classic Italian Pinot Grigio has a beautiful perfume of acacia blossom.

It’s also dry and has a well-poised palate with plenty of crisp, green apple and pear. Outstanding with dry-cured San Daniele prosciutto (it was like it was made purely to partner with it) and pairs equally well alongside light pasta with fish or white meats.

If you have been in store recently you will know there is one producer in particular that we have been reccomending, so we thought it was time to introduce ya'll to Proud Primary Produce

Proud Primary Produce is a one man, one dog band run by Stuart Proud and trusty sidekick Alby (swipe to see good dogue)

Stuart is a viticulturist at heart, which has remained his primary focus since stepping into the winery and producing wines himself. His approach focuses on soil health and biological diversity in the vineyard, creating an environment that is better able to look after itself and requires little nutrient inputs.

These are the wines we love to see, from premium fruit grown in vineyards managed sustainably and holistically, with little intervention in the winery to showcase region, vineyard and the fruit itself.

While the Yarra is well known for Pinot and 'The Eagle' is a prime example, Stuart's Syrah is a real standout out for us.
