Delivery prices are charged only for wines under $100. Delivery charges are based on a standard cost from Fastway and Australia Post. If you would prefer anoher courier at the time of purchase please let us know. You can also collect wine from Upstairs office in Bondi Beach. Please let us know at the time of purchase.
Upstairs Wines will aim to despatch your order within 2 days of order confirmation and payment receipt. For deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane orders should arrive within 2 - 4 days. Other states can take up to 5 days. We are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery. Upstairs Wine will not be liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery where the recipient has provided incorrect or out of date delivery details.
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 0423 283 988 for return instructions.
