Shipping & Delivery
We ship all across Australia using Fastway and Australia Post. We aim to despatch your order from our Sydney warehouse within two days, delivery times for the East Coast are 1-2 days and 2-5 days for the rest of Australia.
Any Central Coast orders placed before 11am on a Wednesday will be delivered same day - no cost!
Subscriptions will be sent out on the first Monday of each month.
Shipping is free for orders over $100 or for Subscription members. For all other orders, shipping on orders less than $100 is based on standard freight costs.
We're not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery where the recipient has provided incorrect or out of date details, however if you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please contact us direct at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll endeavour to fix the problem as soon as possible.
You are able to claim a refund for any loss incurred during transit, and for any other reasonable loss or damage. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that you find has been wrongly described and/or of unacceptable quality.
We ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement or refund. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. All returns are handled via email email@example.com.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the issue was due to shipping, you will receive a full refund inclusive of shipping costs.
